What materials are used in Klean Kanteen products?
Our products are crafted from high-quality, 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. They are BPA-free, durable, and designed to last a lifetime, ensuring your drinks stay fresh and pure.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Klean Kanteen bottles dishwasher safe?
Most of our non-painted stainless steel products and our new Klean Coat finish products are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for our vacuum-insulated bottles to preserve the thermal performance.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship with a Strong as Steel lifetime warranty. This covers manufacturer defects but does not include normal wear and tear, such as dents or scratches.

Currently, we ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
